FA Cup Results: Tottenham 4-0 Bolton

By on Thursday, 25th February 2010

Spurs booked their place in the 6th Round after a convincing scoreline against Bolton Wanderers.

The home side took the lead through Roman Pavlyuchenko when he slotted home a Luca Modric through-ball. Then came two Bolton own-goals, the first the fault of Jussi Jaaskelainen when a Wilson Palacios center cross bounced in off his leg.

The second own-goal and 3-0 for Spurs followed when Gareth Bale’s cross into the box went in off Andy O’Brien.

Pavlyuchenko then slotted home his second of the night and his fourth in two games having bagged a brace at Wigan over the weekend, to wrap up a convincing win for Harry Redknapp’s men.
