Blackburn get the win as Burnley suffer a defeat as they keep fighting to avoid relegation and are now 3 points behind West Ham United.
Blackburn got their goal in the first half as they were awarded a penalty. The referee gave the penalty after keeper Jensen judged to have brought down Olsson in the box. Blackburn scored from the spot with David Dunn getting the goal.
Blackburn kept on pushing as Jason Roberts headed just wide and Olsson hitting the bar with a fierce drive.
Burnley also had chances of their own from Elliott and Cort. Leon Cort saw his volley go a yard wide and Elliott couldn’t get a touch on the ball as Danny Fox’s cross came across the goal.
Burnley stay in 19th with this defeat with only 6 games to go. Blackburn climb into 10th in the table.
