Today at 12pm the draw for the Carling Cup Third Round draw was made. With all the top Premiership teams joining in at this stage many of the teams for the Championship, League 1 and League 2 hoping to be draw against the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United.
